Raffle Details

• 3 Raffle drawings @ $500 each: Jan 5, 2024, Feb 2, 2024 and March 1, 2024

• 1 Grand Prize Winner at $5,000 

• Grand Prize drawing April 13, 2024 (at the Gala)

• If ticket sales are less than 125, the grand prize winner will receive 50% of the raffle sales income

• 1 ticket gives you an opportunity to win each drawing

• Only 500 tickets will be sold

• Tickets are $100 each

• House Competition: Tickets will be sold in person by the students and online through the Givebutter site

• Drawings will be the First Friday in January, February and March and will be live on Facebook

Sale Timeline

• Sales start on November 4, 2023 and end April 6, 2024 (two weeks prior to the Gala) 

  Note: Step 4 of the form normally takes a couple of seconds to load.

Prize Drawing Timeline:

• Jan 5, 2024   $500 Winner Jason and Paige Gillen!

• Feb 2, 2024   $500 Winner Marisa Carver!

• March 1, 2024   $500   Winner Miss Elizabeth Trossbach!

• April 13th, 2024 (Gala)   $5000  (if less than 125 are sold, then 50/50 of raffle sales income)

The Fine Print:

1. Raffle participants must be 18 years old or older.

2. Only accepting online payment with a credit card, PayPal or Venmo.

3. Federal and state laws provide that the winner must pay all taxes on the value of the prize including income taxes.

4. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with the acquisition and award of the prize.

5. No portion of the purchase price of this raffle ticket is tax-deductible.

6. You may buy as many tickets as you like.

7. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on April 20, 2024.

8. Winner need not be present and will be officially informed by phone by April 24, 2024.

9. Chesterton Academy of St. Mary's is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.

10. All proceeds directly support Chesterton Academy of St. Mary's.
